Selkeää mutta monimuotoista Clarity with diversity of form Talo Kosketus / House Kosketus "Touch" Kissankäpälä, Nummenharju, Tuusula Arkkitehtuuritoimisto Heikkinen-Komonen Oy Mikko Heikkinen, Markku Komonen, arkkitehdit /architects SAFA ”Kosketus” on teollisesti valmistettava pientalo, jonka prototyyppi esiteltiin vuoden 2000 asuntomessuilla Tuusulassa. Suunnittelun lähtökohtana oli kaupunkiympäristöön sopiva valmistalo, vaihtoehto markkinoita hallitsevalle kartanoarkkitehtuurille. Asukkaana olisi nelihenkinen perhe, jonka arvioitiin tarvitsevan runsaat 140 m huoneistoalaa. Rakennus on ulospäin selkeä, mutta sisältä monimuotoinen. Pulpettikatto rajaa nelinurkkaisen kompaktin hahmon, jonka suojiin jää vaihteleva yksityisten ulkotilojen sarja. Näiden talon ”sisällä” olevien kuistin, makuuhuoneparvekkeen ja saunaterassin kohdalla tiilikate on lasia, joka tuo valoa rakennusrungon keskelle. The design aimed to create a prefabricated house suitable for an urban environment. As it is intended for a four-person family, it was reckoned that a full 140 m of net space would be needed. Despite the building’s clearly defined exterior, it has a variety of forms internally. The monopitch roof forms a four-square compact envelope around a series of varied individual outdoor spaces. The tiled roof has glazed portions over the house’s veranda, bedroom balcony, and sauna terrace, bringing light into the middle of the building’s frame.
