A maintenance and storage building located in Mustikkamaa is built mainly from reused building components.
The materials subtly reflect their previous lives:
The aluminium panels with markings had been hidden in their previous use, but have now been turned into visible facade cladding.
The wooden cladding is made of gluelam timber so that its seams are visible.

The load-bearing frame is made of glulam timber, which comes from three different demolition sites.

The oak windows come from the Helsinki’s Main Post Office from the 1930s. The windows of the warm section have additional frames made of new wood and
a glass added to the inside.
The storage building contains parts from seventeen buildings.
