An on-site energy centre produces the cooling required for Nokia’s operations and feeds the waste heat into the district heating network.
The campus consists of an office tower and industrial premises. The staff restaurant between the industrial and office areas also serves as an event space.
The office facade is clad in perforated aluminum, complemented by spruce paneling at ground level and corten steel on the roof terrace ceiling. The black facade of the industrial is composed of metal sandwich panels. Photo: Tuomas Uusheimo
